The location was particularly good and unbeatable: a supermarket and a convenience shop were within walking distance. The staff was friendly, I stayed for 2 nights.

The location was great, near Metro line, in the fairly nice area. And it was not too far from Iki Sushi, ate there couple of times.

While our stay was during a weekend and no construction noise was experienced, it's worth noting that the street noise could be quite loud. better curtains would have been beneficial to block out the early morning sunlight.
